Bottle. Hazy golden. Sweet, fruity and obviously sour beer. Very well balanced with an incredible smooth mouthfeel. Complex but shy.

37,5cl bottle. Holy shit this is great. Pours unclear dark yellow with a creamy white head and lacings. Nose is oak, brett and wood. The fact that I can easily smell the 3 fonteinen lambic is amazing. Dry, tart, fresh and fruity. Very complex and just so very lovely.

(Bottle, 0.375 l, at the brewpub on 2009-09-18) Golden and hazy. Small white head. Spiciness, cow house, fruitiness, light sweetness and sourness in aroma. Extremely dry and medium bodied palate with quite high carbonation. Passes very well to this beer. Sourness, spiciness, fruitiness, bitterness, lightly citricness and wood in taste. Very long lasting sour aftertaste. I could still taste it clearly after 30 minutes walk to my hotel.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a cloudy and opaque golden with an off-white head leaving laces. Very Bretty aroma combined with citrusy fruits. Medium body, very dry and citrusy, a little underlying sweetness but ends astringently dry and sulphurous. A little rough. 130909
