Bottled. An amber beer with a thin yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw as well as light notes of ginger. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours an almost clear golden with a small white head. Sweet malty nose - German style. Medium body, sweet malt, a little oxidized. Hardly any traces of the ginger whatsoever. But a decent Lager. 180313

Tap. Yellow hazy colour, white head. Aroma malty, minimum ginger. Taste medium bitter, light malty, honey sweet, very light acidic, almost none ginger. The ginger manifests itself mostly in the finish. However I would definitely like more ginger to this one.

1l petka from cuso, many thanks! Hazy pale yellow, large white head. Ginger aroma, not very sweet. Very beery, not soapy-gingery as many ginger beers - this is really very pleasant and the ginger adds some spicyness to the beer, slightly hot and spicy background.

(plastic bottle, 100cl) Hazy, golden colour with a short and slightly off-white foamy head. Mildly milky malty aroma with subtle fruity and spicy notes. Slightly sweet flavour, light bodied with a calm carbonation. Malty, slightly buttery taste with an underlying spicy and subtle sour-fruity touch; slim and slightly sour-fruity finish. Easy-going, not that exciting. 12.V.12

Flaška(děkuji Cusu!):Golden, hazy, small and stable white foamy layer, grainy-yeasty nose with very faint traces of hops and ginger, delicate fruity traces of infection detectable,as well; light to moderate bitter-sweet and sourish flavour, light to medium bodied, at least quite soft; short sweet-sourish finish with hoppy traces and a faint tinge of zazvor (ginger). No, not my cup of tea…

Small white head, fed by lively carbonated pale yellow-golden beer. Dry, spicy nose, giving a soft-bitterish impression. Some pale malts in the background. Dry-bitterish, spicy (if short-lived) flavour, pimented with a bit of citrus(peel). Not very outspoken, but rather nice. I would have expected at least a bit more peppery flavour from the ginger. Originally very carbonated, but it levels down, leaving some CO² pique (maybe a bit of ginger after all) on a fast flattening beer, MF- and tastewise. Again, really not bad, but it can’t keep up the effort. Many thanks to Peter V., and all the people he mobilized to get the beer in Ursel!

Draught, Piritos. Misty yellow body, medium sized white head. Sourish light lemony nose, some ginger. Light tart ginger taste, bit minty, like toothpaste, no burn. Not too quality but refreshing and ok.
