Unser Jungfrau WEIZEN ist ein obergäriges, naturtrübes Weizenbier mit 5.4% Alkohol.
Es wird mit 70% Weizenmalz und 30% Gerstenmalz gebraut, die schwache Hopfung äussert sich in einer sehr milden und angenehmen Bittere.
Durch die feine obergärige Hefe erhält unser Jungfrau WEIZEN einen frischen und fruchtigen Geschmack. Neu in der Flasche mit dem Scherenschnitt!

Bottle at Grand Hotel Giessbach
Cloudy yellow color, dull, greenish hue, with medium sized head. Mild aroma of spices and bread. Simple wheat flavor, a bit dirty, with some spices and light banana. Light residual sweetness, ordinary bitterness.
Rough Weizen, but drinkable.

Bottled thanks Bov! Cloudy yellow, small head. Aroma of banana and pears. Mid dry with crisp, well rounded mouthfeel and light-medium body. Light flavoured with very mild banana esters. Elegant and highly refreshing.

At Per’s, misty yellow, medium white head. Lovely strong nose, fresh banana, honey, light chewed up bubblegum. Nice bubblegummy taste, not as brilliant as the nose but still extremely well balanced. Some sweetish fruitiness near the finish. Damn this is good. Only vague bitterness near the finish. A superb weisse.
