9/6/2019. Bottle, sample, courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours hazy yellow gold with minimal head. Light aroma of semi-tart apples, with some citrus acidity. Light to moderate sweetness, medium tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Some dryness and tartness to finish. Nice.

700ml bottle from Bien Manger. Hazy yellow gold colour, no lasting head and aroma of sharp & musty apple. Taste is tart, tangy apple, citric with some sharp solventy hints and funky woody earthy notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying tangy funky finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle - Light yeasty bready apple notes. Sparking clear gold with a rich white head. Light apple with some sweet breads yeast notes.

Draft at BAF 2016. Clear golden with a ring white head. Aroma is funky with woody notes, tart green apple and soft red apple. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and light sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. [25-09-2016]

Sampled from tap at Kaapse BAF 2016. Near clear pale straw. Dry green apple skin, light bark. Light sweet medium bitter. Under medium body, very dry mouthfeel, low carbonation. At BAF. Clear light golden, no head. Funky apples, dusty cellar, walnuts, light mineral, bitter apple skins. Light sweet and dusty/boozy bitter. Under medium bodied.

High carbo. Rather sweet in aroma and beginn of taste. Fupl apple aromas. Taste turns dry and tart towards finish. Easy drinking.
