Draught @ BAF 2016 [ Borefts After Festival: BAF! ] @ Brouwerij Kaapse, Veerlaan 19-D, Rotterdam, Netherlands 3072 AN. [ As Katjelam Bloei ].Unclear matt medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, tart, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, sour, apple, farmyard, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160925] 6-2-7-3-15

[9/25/16] Draught sample at Borefts After Festival 2016 in Rotterdam. Hazy pale yellow. Aroma of pickled vegetables (sauerkraut), yogurt, and fruitiness. Tart and lactic flavor.

Thank you for sharing Israeli Crew! Sampled draft @ BAF 2016. That name! Hazy citrus, golden with no head. Nose is weird flowers, pickles, low chamomile, zest, lightly fizzy. Taste is mellow sour glue, acidic, pickles, sour flowers. Body is pickles, lactic zest, sour. Not optimal but interested, messy, interesting.

Draft at BAF 2016. Hazy pale golden with a small off white head. Aroma of tart citrus, peach, light woody notes and light funk. Flavour is moderate sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation. [25-09-2016]

Tap at the Borefts after party @ Kaapse... 2016. Poured a hazy light straw colour with little life. The aroma is big sweet malt. The flavour is strong sweet with a light watery yeast apple palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled from tap at Kaapse BAF 2016. Hazy golden with no head. Big grapestone woody sour up front, white grapes, minerallike, cobwebs, dry. Medium sour, quite overpowering over medium bitter. About medium body with low carbonation. Dry sour feel. Grapestone and grape finish.

Tap at BAF. Hazy light golden with white head. Sour gooseberries, light dough, soft minerals, peach. Under medium sour and very light sweet. Light bodied.
