Bottle from Cornelius. Clear orange/bronze body with a thin white head. Very lively carbonation. Aroma of iced tea, lemon and weak grain. Flavour of peach, sweet iced tea and straw. Thin body with a light, spritzy mouthfeel. Very fizzy. After three good beers from this brewery, I expected better. This is a pretty weak effort.

50cl bottle at Sir Williams Pub in Ljub, pours a hazy deep oramge with some cloudy, white head. Spicy nose, some herbs and pepper, that typical dry candy nose saisons have, perfume, candlewax. Flavor follows, candy sugar but not sweet, honey comb, pepper, lightly vegetal, orange, rose water. Spritzy finish.

On tap at Ljubljanski Festival Piva 2015. Shared with Marko. Cloudy golden coloured, medium sized white head, mild spicy nose with a whiff of banana. Slight acidic fruity, overripe banana, mild spicy and herbal hoppy with rather bitter finish. Drinkable.

Pours a slightly hazy amber color, topped with a fairly big and lasting beige head. Aroma is pretty obvious, a bit reminiscent of a wine cellar with some grape notes present, also some herbs and spices. Taste is similar - slightly herbal and spicy with some soury feel to it and herbal finish. Mild bitterness in the finish and slightly spicy aftertaste. Couldn’t really pick out roses, though. Has that fresh, summery feel to it. Not a bad one.

First tried at 3. Festival Mikropivovarjev, Koper. Clear amber color with thin creamy white head and fair lacing. Aroma is floral and yeasty. Tastes very refreshing sour vinous and yeasty, finish is mild bitter. Light to medium body, thin texture and average carbonation in palate. Refreshing summer brew, although without funky notes that I like...

Ljubljanski Festrval Piva 2015, shared with Ogivlado (thanks!). Saison with rose hips... wow, they are getting more and more daring. Lovely amber-red body with a white head. Dry aroma, banana peel, slightly funky. Taste,... vaaguely sweet, vague rose, which I probably wouldn’t register as such if I didn’t know what went in, somewhat vinuous, mild, drinkable, interesting, not bad, not great.
