The best of Irish malts combine with a single hop to make this thirst quenching blonde beer. Higher in bitterness than other blondes, this beer breaks the mould while retaining the characteristics of a natural blonde. Brewed to the European Blonde style, this beer is approaching a cross between a pilsner and a blonde with the smoothness of a blonde ale and a bite that is notably stronger and lasting.

On nitrotap at Sheridan’s, Zagreb (thanks Željko!). Damn, didn’t realize this was so "rare". Lucky I spotted it on the tap list/blackboard. Golden body, clear, nitro head. Aroma slightly muted by the nitrogen, of course, but ok enough, just some light herbal, vaguely flowery notes, somewhat soapy. Smooth (surprise surprise) toasty malty taste, some herbal hops, nice subdued apricot in the background. Quite drinkable and good for what it is. Pretty flawless "everyday" beer. I’d up the hops a little, but that’s just me.

Draught. Hazy gold with a solid head, good lacing. Aroma is grain an a little fruit. Flavour is light citrus hop, a dry sweet ferment base. Palate is dry, a little fizzy on the tongue.

Draught at Porter & Sons. Deep golden with a white head. Aroma of bready and biscuity malt and some hops, earthy and slightly citric. Sweetish bready flavor with light fruity notes and a bitter hoppy finish, earthy and slightly citric and minerally. Medium-bodied. Decent and easy-drinking. First sips are pretty boring, but it really grows on me as I drink a bit more.
