Bottle at home. Pours light brown with very small white head. Aroma of ripe fruits, oak, acetone, alcohol, wine, horse stable. Taste sweet and sour, with quite some bitterness. Bitter-sweet finish. Warm mouth feel, slightly astringent.

On tap at Håndverksølfestivalen 2017. A dense, off-white head sits on top of a lightly unclear dark golden colored body. The aroma is quite funky, leather, barnyard and some lemon, with a generic fruityness, some notes of cellar, and alcohol and caramel. It’s quite vinous on the palate, full-bodied and velvety smooth, warming and mostly on the sweetish side. Caramel, alcohol, dried fruits and some cellar hints. Leathery, barnyard-ish funk too. Lasting warming, sweet and complex finish. A pleasant one to sip slowly. 170610

Unclear, orange colored, medium- frothy off white head, nice lacing. Aroma is of some malt, bit caramel, wine barrel, dried fruity, grape, some fruity tartness. Taste is medium sweet malt, grapes, fruity, tart, vinous and some barrel notes, bit dried fruit, moderate- sourness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, oily. This is a good one.
