Bottle. Pours cloudy amber. Aroma is burnt cloves, banana, clover, bread. Body is medium, bitter but also sweet, lively carbonation, not so many flavours. Phenols. Sweet palate, get borderline watery. Good.

Bottled 500ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him and Hrabren. Unclear darker golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, banana and caramel in the nose. Sweet malty, light herbs, over-ripe banana, distinct yeast preasance, touch of spices and pleasant finish. Surprisingly good weizen.

0.33 l bottle shared with Marko and Ogi. Thanks! Dark golden, murky dirty brownish, medium creamy off-white head. Very aromatic, banana cake, some citrus, light malts and yeast. Sweet with yeasty notes. Lingering soft finish, medium carbonation, medium body, very nice. Really good one, balanced and aromatic, haven’t had Weizen this nice for a long time.

Huge thanks ippoppotamo! Misty dark golden-amber body, small thick white head. Huge aroma here, banana, fresh fruit, berry jam, caramel, maybe very mild clove, slightly strange herbal touch slightly upsetting the otherwise superb aroma. Soft, creamy taste, mild vanilla on caramel, mild herbal touch, mild bread. Vague banana and apple. Tasty, though sliiightly too light. Didn’t live up to the promise from the aroma. very good weizen!

On tap at Lanterna del Doge in Zero Branco, at the source (practically). Cloudy tough bright dark golden pour, medium head with bubbles. Nose: banana is there but mild, really soft. More hops compared to a regular Weiss. Mouth: a bit roast, roast character really. Balanced in a fantastic way, malty forward and peppery bitter. Top! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft sample @ Fiera della Birra, Cesena ’14. Orangée trouble, col crémeux blanc. Arôme est fruité modéré, levure allemande typique, qcq ester fruité mais qui manque de donner un impact mettant ce style à l’honneur. Palais d’ester très légers - fruité, houblonné noble également fruité et fleuri. Malt moyen sur un léger côté biscuité arrivant sur la fin. Je continue à noter une certaine lignée sur toutes les bières proche d’un léger beurre indiquant une possible infection.
