Our Weiss beer is favored among lovers of classic wheat beer. It is made from a combination of wheat and barley malt and is always unfiltered for maximum flavor. In an effort to keep all the qualities of the classic wheat beer, simultaneously adapting it within reason to suit local tastes, we brewed a refreshing light beer with a very mild citrus note.

On tap at 2. NSFZP. Misty golden body. Sweet strangely appealing buttery diacetyl-riddled malty aroma, notes of sweetbread. Same in the taste, quite buttery, light banana, sweetish biscuit. Needs work. It strangely works but it’s a flawed beer.
