Bottle from the brewery Pours reddish with thin white head. Light malty aroma. Light caramel, light diacetyl, why so?

Jan. ’16. A 0.5 l bottle from 100 piv, Bratislava. It poured hazy reddish-amber body with a small head. Strong, unpleasant buttery diacetyl aroma with light caramel base malt. Flavor was better though, caramel and toffee, yet too yeasty and soapy butter was still felt. Medium bodied. Not really a representative Slovak craft beer I guess it wouldn’t be impressive even without diacetly. Now, why did Cuso recommend it, I don’t know.

F: very small, quick diminishing, off-white. C: clear, amber to copper. A: diacetyl, hint of caramel, yeast, bread. T: malty, buttery, some butterscotch, mild bitterness on the palate, soapy, hint of sour in the finish, thin body, medium to low carbonated, I expected more, hard to average beer.

Bottled 500ml. -Courtesy of heavy, shared with him and Marko.Pale amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, diacetyl in the nose. Malty, yeasty, buttery and notes of caramel. Short acidic finish. Not good.

Thanks heavy for bringing this from Bratislava! Nice reddish amber body, mild off white head. Buttery diacetyl blast covering up toasty dry maltiness. Smells more buttery than some cheaper brands of butter. Taste... typical Central European micro yeastiness, dry maltiness. Soapy, mild bitterish note. This just doesn’t work on any level. I hoped I’d like it, I just don’t find it appealing at all.

Bottle by Cuso, many thanks! Quite neutral, mild and restrained flavour-wise. Rather thin bodied. The most prominent thing is diacetyl though even that is light. Watery impression. Weird.
