Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av humle, malt, korn, karamell, belgisk jäst, jordgubbar, jord med toner av övermogen frukt och örter. Lagom sötma, fruktig, pepprig, fin beska, något murrig och ofärdig.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange color with a thick white head. Sweet, yeasty arom with a small frutiness (strawberries, banana) and light spiciness. Hoppy and dry with a small strawberry-like tartness. A bit doughy. Long bitter finish. Typical De la Senne beer - highly drinkable and also a bit fun and challenging.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at the Bottle Shop, Bermondsey. Pours hazy gold with a strong, creamy white head. The aroma has moderate dried sourdough bread, subtle Belgian yeast, crispy bread crust, faint citrus peel. Light to medium sweet flavour with further crusty, pale bread, a little orange peel, rind, mellow grassy bitterness. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. Semi-sweet on the finish, with more grassy and rindy bitterness, dried sourdough, light yeast notes. Enjoyable Belgian ale.

Taste has some bready sweetness, followed by a citrusy bitter edge. Light to medium body. Foamy mouthfeel. Bitterness rises toward the finish. Decent, if a tad dull.
