Bottle from the brewery, thanks MIlić! Misty red-amber body with an off white head. Malty aroma with distinct spicy notes - I figured it was ginger more than cinnamon though.. .who knows. Well carbonated, prickly body, gingerish spices mixing with a clean maltiness. I mean... okay, this is hardly a world beater, but it's remarkably clean for a San Servolo and a sold winter beer.

0.75 l bottle from Vrutak, bought with Višnja 666 in fear they would run out of this. Hazy copper color, small diminishing off-white head. Spicy, cinnamon, zest, citrus, dried fruits and gingerbread. Sweet and spicy, light alcohol. Medium body, medium carbonation, light finish. Not even bad!

swing top bottle 750ml. -from Vrutak Zagreb. I’m first so let’s go. Nice red/amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, malty nose with whiff of spices, quite pleasant. Sweet malty, caramel, spices, cinnamon and subdued cloves with mild fruity presence. Sweetish spicy finish. Not bad at all.
