I could do with a lamp! Fontain and Ink is so dark I thought i was ordering I Love Scampi. I don't, FYI. A harsh citrus aroma. Not sure of the appearance - they need oms motherloving lamps. Possibly lighy gold. Thin white head. Medium bitter. It has a hazy quality to it.Lighy bodied. Thin. average carb. Abrupt finish. However it does slip down well. Better than a standard lager.

Tap at Fakin. Slighylu hazy pale golden, lasting white head. Peachy hoppy aroma initially, quite nice, slightly musty though at second go, gettinf heavily yeasty, feet. Taste... Mild, dry, vaguely dry, light hoppy notes breaking through, citric and... Tart. Nope, along the way, somewhere, it had died. Not at Fakin though, they have a cold room and it was freshly tapped... Likely a solid try, will rerate asap. Not knocking it under 3 even though it was way below today...

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours clear yellow with a fluffy, white head. Effervescent. The nose holds lemon peel, grapefruit. Light sweet flavour with some pale grains, minerals, more lemon peel. Light bodied with average carbonation. Drying finish with further flinty minerality, rindy bitterness, grainy pale malts. So so overall.

Keg at Brick. It pours clear golden with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, bready, cereal, cracker, bit herbal, nougat and white bread. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, grassy, straw, toasty grain, cereal, touch of citrus peel with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Not sure if it is quite an India style lager, but it is a well crafted lager nonetheless.
