Bottled 330ml. -Courtesy of kajser27, shared with him and Marko. Amberish coloured, medium sized off-white head, some sourness in the nose. Acidic fruity, slightly vegetables and sour finish. Again infected brew.

Like everything from Bierwelle that is bottled, infection is running rampant. Check your sanitation or bottling line already... In this one, it’s not as much cabbage but some wild and funky notes and the sourness does not melt walls... still infected.

Thanks kajser! Amber misty body, thick off white head, small, lasting. Citric-hoppy and sour aroma, but hey, the sourness isn’t that bad this time. Taste... light infection really, orange vitamin candy, light tartness. Light, creamy, vaguely prickly body. This actually works. This went wrong, is wrong and yet it works better than it has any right to. The only time this brewery pulls of a good beer is when something randomly goes the wrong way in a good way.
