A classic bock style with a garden twist. Heavy munich and vienna base with a 4 hour boil, for building strong caramel notes, we then fermented using traditional German lager yeast and lagered at 4°C for 5 months.

Think liquid banana bread meets caramel & toffee.

On tap at Craft Room, Opatovina, Zagreb in the summer of 2017. Shared with Višnja 666 and Pilot Goran! Brown with an orange tint. Toasty, nutty and some dried fruits in the aroma. Sweet and lightly toasty. Sticky, medium body, dry finish. Average.

On tap at Craft room, Zagreb. Pours dark amber to brown with off-white head. Malty, caramel, some dried fruit, sweet, medium bodied.

On tap at Craft Room Zagreb. Clear amber coloured, small off-white head, light malty caramel nose. Sweet malty, caramel, some dried fruits, notes of wood and touch of alcohol with sweetish finish. Slightly nutty also but overall such a boring beer from The Garden.

Keg at ushers. Pours reddish, nose is caramel, malty, floral, taste is sweet, toffee, sugary, meaty.

Keg at the ushers... Copper.. Thin white lacing.. Soft sweet herbal toffee fruit nose.. Soft sweet toffee fruit

Craft Room. Dark amber clear body. Malty aroma, raisin, vague alcohol. Taste.. Lovely malt driven taste... Caramel, light cherry, soft maltiness, clean, fine finish. Very good dark bock!
