On tap (4th Novi Sad Craft Beer Festival)Hazy golden-amber body. Diacetyl all over the place in the creamy/caramelly aroma. The taste manages to be even worse, with the diacetyl - malt mix being joined by soapy notes. This is simply wrong in all aspects.This is a brand new brewery, and I can respect that it’s not easy to start things right, but while the lager was wrong but drinkable, this was not. You don’t put out beers like this on the market - that’s a lesson most crafters learn soon enough if they care about quality (and that’s what makes one a craft brewer). You just ruin your reputation otherwise. It’s costly but necessary I’m afraid as it’s costlier still if nobody will buy your beer a second time. Take the time to educate yourselves about off flavors and how to avoid them. Ask for advice from fellow crafters - I’m sure that some of the more experienced ones will gladly help you. I really want to rerate this with a much higher rating when I get back to Serbia!
