Bottle from 100 Beers, Sofia, Bulgaria. Shared with lovely Anja and Our K&K Igor. Murky dark straw colour, minimal off-white head. Grain, salt, spice, candy. Light tart and light salty. Light body, watery, not aromatic, soft to moderate carbonation, light finish, balancing candy sweetness with some hops or spice. Nice salt presence, but the beer itself is nothing special.

Tap @6th Croatian homebrew competiton. Golden body, white head. Classic aroma, citric, slightly tart, salty, okay enough. Smooth taste, coriander & salt, mild, quite clean for the taste, very good drinkability. A lovely light gose!

Tap at Hrvatsko Homebrew Prvenstvo. Very clean, easy drinking, tasty. Hint of milkiness, light sourness. Thin body and med-high carbo, making for a crisp refreshing brew. Good one.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Hazy dirty golden, fast diminishing head. The nose is bready and doughy, with a tart fermenting fruit note. Similar taste - doughy, fermenting fruit acidity, light body and just a kiss of salt in the finish. A touch of spice car away in the background. Not bad.
