Gulbrun lett tåkete med hvitt skum. Lukter aprikos, fersken og lett trevirke. Sursyrlig smak. Sure stenfrukter. Fersken, noe eple. Vinøs. Tørr.

0,375l from bottle at Rbabberabab. Orange hazy color, small white head. Smells of apricots, cherries, marzipan, nutty, bit leathery. Very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes cherries, marzipan, bit glueish, nutty, lactic, hints of apricots. Finishes dry and medium sour with notes of cherries, grassy and lactic notes. Quite nice one

Bottle at a share. Assuming it's the most recent batch. Pours a clear, golden color, with a minimal head. The aroma is lemon, thyme, green apple, and syrup. Very tart flavor, with a little sugary sweetness. Slick, very acidic, and uncomplicated.

Enormous thanks to the Spicy Days guys for sharing! Strange hazy golden body, whtie head. Generic,, okay aroma, if not much more. Funky, hay, glue, smells like a generic American sour perhaps. The taste, however, is extremely elegant. Soft, tart, fruity couches, citric tartness, very well integrated, drinkable and, in all tasty. Just don't expect daring, in-your-face flavors, the fruit here never comes out to the fore, preferring to be just one wheel in a functioning "machine" of a beer.

This brew pours a cloudy reddish-orange color with a thin off-white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Strings of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of tart stone fruit, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of tart apricot, cherry, herbal yeast and biscuit malt. The finish is tart with an apricot aftertaste. Good beer all around.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours “blush” color with a white head. Aroma seems peach at first, but turns into apricot with a little cherry. Med body. Moderately or lightly sour. I can’t decide whether apricot or cherry dominates. Seems to go back and forth. Not dry; not bitter; sour! But very tolerably so. Another excellent sour from Almanac. It’s pairing well with spicy Morraccan chicken tacos.
