Our Sour Gold base, aged in oak wine barrels for more than half a year, then re-fermented with bergamot orange, which adds its distinct aromatics with a bit sharper finish for maximum freshness. EXP - small series of our experiments, usually very limited and available only for a short time.

Tap. Hazy coppery/amber, medium, fluffy, white head. Gentle vinous soury nose, a bit of vinegar, slight caramel. Gently soury, some fruitiness and leather. Lighter body.
RB backlog, Bevog Festival 2018. Funky wild yeasts, caramel and peach. Medium sweetness plays with light astringency in the sour notes. Medium, slightly sticks body with fairly natural carbonation. Good one.

Kiselo druženje (Sour gettogether 2018). Clear pale golden, medium off-white head. Moderately acidic, funky, yeasty, fruity, banana, pear, estery, peach, malts, cookie, dried fruit. Sweet gingerbread, honey and fruit. Light tartness, low sourness. Wine-like flavour, juice, lemon.

On tap at Kiselo Druženje 2018. Golden coloured, medium sized white head, tartish fruity nose. Caramel, light fruity, mild citrusy and moderate tart taste with some sourness in the finish. Maybe touch of over-ripe fruits.

Tap at the "Kiselo Druženje 2018", enormous thanks Miha & Luka for bringing the kegs! Hazy golden body, off white head. Tart aroma, creamy fruitiness, maybe berries? Tart, creamy light fruity taste, vaguely citric (ha! noted that even before I knew bergamot was inside), very much a nice, clean sour, quite drinkable.
