Belgian wit with coriander, cardamom and lemongrass.
Belgian style wheat beer, relatively dry, yet with a lingering sweetness from the wheat. As typical for the style, coriander is present, however the regular orange peel is substituted with lemon grass. This can be easily spotted in the aroma, as well as the taste, which got a hint of refreshing sourness.

On tap at the brewpub. Hazy light golden with medium white head. Spicy, citrus, some lemon, coriander, smooth, light bodied. Some bitterness in finish. Medium bodied. Quite good for the style, one of the best witbiers I've tried.

Tap at Beeryard Fest 2018. Aroma is beautifully spicy, definitely cardamom and coriander dominating. Yeasty profile, citrus and coriander flavours. Very nice bready notes. Nicely rounded. Serious spices. Soft and juicy. Refreshing. Great for the style. Very interesting. Great use of spices. Moderate to high carbonation. Nice finish, juicy and fruity.

On tap at Beeryard 2018 and Valhalla Zagreb. Grapefruity juice coloured, small to medium sized white head, coriander and light citrus in the nose. Coriander dominates here, slightly citrusy acidic notes, mild spices as well with subdued lemon(grass). Really nice one.

Tap at Beeryard 3. Murky yellow body, milky, white head. Citric aroma, maybe chamomile, coriander, lovely. Sweetish aroma. Lovely interplay between lemony notes and light coriander in the taste, a bit tart. An excellent wit bursting with taste. The best executed of the three spicy beers they released recently. Well played guys, well played!
