A Lallemand's NE IPA yeast fermented kettle sour with 240 grams of blueberries per litre. Hopped with Nelson Sauvin this is tart, fruity and complex with a bite.
Hops: Nelson Sauvin, Summer
Malts: Pilsner Malt, Wheat
Yeast: Lalbrew NEIPA
Adjuncts: Lactose, Blueberry Puree

Sample at the brewery. Murky to opaque purple, large pink head. Lots of sediment. Very fruity, blueberry, blueberry ice-cream or smoothie, some acidity. Medium body, soft carbonation. Moderate sweetness, light sourness, blueberry flavors lasting throughout the finish.

On tap at the brewery. Dark purple coloured, medium sized pinkish head, acidic blueberry nose. Light bready, sourish blueberry, mild touch of sweetness. Had better had worse.

Tap. Murky dark purple body, pink-purple head. Lovely strong fruity blueberry aroma. Nice blueberry taste soft on a full body, juicy, not too sour, not as fantastic as the Maraska sour, which is world class, but still excellent.
