Bottle. Pours clear copper colour, thin white head. Nose is moderate funky brett. Taste is moderately bitter, pretty funky, slightly fruity. Medium funky brett finish with a touch of grapes. Light bodied with soft carbo, goes down pretty easily.

RB backlog, Bevog Festival 2018. Stone fruits, funky, light pine, citric, bread. Medium sweet start, tart and a medium bitter finish. Medium body with pearly carbonation.

Bottle, 0.50l, shared with colleagues. Aroma of stable, sweat, brett and overripe fruit. Pours hazy amber color with thin creamy off-white head and sparkling appearance. Tastes medium sweet grainy, citrusy, bretty, goaty and sweaty with pretty bitter finish. Medium body, oily texture and lively carbonation in palate. I like brett, I eat goat meat, but I just can’t stand brett on goatspeed. This IPA is totally dominated by funky wild yeast gone bad...

On tap at Zmajevo. Pours cloudy orange, medium white head. Ripe citrus, some grapefruit, some funk, medium carbonation, light to medium bodied.

Pours hazy, fiery amber-orange, topped with a creamy white head, medium sized. Some citrusy-vinous-white grape notes in the aroma, combined with sweatiness and stinky goat cheese. Way in the back, there are some sweeter fruity notes. Medium bitterness is almost lost in the dry, tart, soury feeling with character of white wine, some spiciness in the finish. Very smelly and at the same time inviting aroma, quite harsh, vinous taste. Interesting and different.

On tap at Zmajevo Beer Fest. Unclear golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, phenolic Bretty nose. Light bready, phenolic, notes of cheese mixrd with some plastic touch. Bitterish finish. Not sure about this one but certainly not my glass of beer.

On tap at Zmajevo, Zmajska pivovara, Jankomir, Zagreb. Murky dark golden, small off-white head. Smelly Brett! Exciting! Blue cheese, intense, sharp, light fruity. Hops covered with it. Light phenols, heavy blue cheese in flavour. Light body, quite drinkable, soft to moderate carbonation, moderate lasting sharp finish.

Tap at Zmajevo. Murky pale brown. Off white head. Malty, fruity aroma with a touch of... Saliva? Cheese... Mild light taste, phenolic notes, vague citrus, bit smooth meh? Expected so much more from these guys...
