Bottle 500ml. clear glass @ [ pre TEODRBSG15 ] @ fonefan & Brugmansia House, Denmark. [ As Cottage Delight Pearticularly Good ].Clear light to medium yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple - pear, sweet pear, sugary pear, acetone. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, acetone, pear, sugary pear - pear juice. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20150828]

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours clear light pale golden with a ring bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet pear, sweet apple and apple cores. Flavour is moderate sweet and light sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015 Leicht trübe goldgelbe Farbe, fast kein Schaum. Geruch säuerlich fruchtig, Birnen, Äpfel. Geschmack süß, reife Birnen, leicht säuerlich.

Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015. Bottle. Clear a bit pale golden color, no head. Smell fresh ripe pretty sweet apples rather than pear. Taste is very sweet indeed, with the pear coming through strongly in the flavor. Ok body and carbonation.

500ml bottle. Yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of fruity pear, acidic. Taste is juicy pear, woody, acetic, some hay, tangy & sourish. Slick mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, low carbonation, tart finish. Quite OK.
