Can from Fresh Fields Market Croydon and drunk at home. Well it has chocolate ice cream flavour no doubt. Some salty nutty thing going on. Salt no doubt, but not too much. Kinda that chocolate salted caramel nutty flavour going on. Similar to their cafe porter but this is more salty nutty chocolate than praline coffee chocolate, but the base beer is similar no doubt, like a creamy chocolate ice cream. Enjoyable though.

Bottle sample at a tasting at zvsn's place. Black, tan foam. Lots of peanuts, some chocolate, roast, coffee, a bit of salt, sweetish, bitterish touch in the finish, medium-bodied, rounded. Very nice.

Bottle purchased from Honest Brew. A dark brown coloured pour with a medium beige head on top. Roasty, chocolate, peanut aroma. Taste is similar, roasty, chocolate, peanut. Pleasant but could do with more complexity.

Zwart bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is bitter en zoet met inderdaad iets van chocolade en pinda. Net of je pindarotsjes met bier aan het wegspoelen bent.
