Bottle 500ml. clear glass @ [ pre TEODRBSG15 ] @ fonefan & Brugmansia House, Denmark. [ As Cottage Delight Scrumpty Dumpty ].Clear medium yellow orange color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, candy, sweet pple, apple pie - porridge. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, apple, dry, sweet apples. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20150828]

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours clear dark golden with a small off white ring head. Aroma of sweet apples, overripe apple, apple rind and light woody notes. Flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter and light sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015. Bottle. Clear orange color, very small white head. Smell and taste of concentrated apples, slightly winey, quite to very dry finish with white some bitterness as well. Yeah I quite like this one.

500ml bottle from Lightwater Valley shopping village, North Yorkshire. Hazy yellow-orange golden colour, fizzy white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, oaky. Taste is tangy fruity apple, apple skins, woody oak with barnyard & solventy notes, both sour and bittersweet. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, fine spritzy carbonation, dry woody tannic finish. Nicely drinkable scrumpy cider.
