Světle zlatá barva, nízká bílá pěna, pivo čiré. Výrazné aroma amerických a australských chmelů. Chuť středně plná s důrazem na jediné - chmel. Hořkost vysoká, ale v souladu se sladovým tělem. Ve vůni a chuti zejména citrusy, pryskyřice a tropické ovoce. Pro několikanásobné chmelení byly použity odrůdy Mosaic, Galaxy a Amarillo. Naše nejchmelenější pivo.

Bottle from 100 piv. The ABV hidden really well. Only very light touch of warmth. Otherwise strong sweetness, sugary, crystaly, also high bitterness but barely balancing the sweetness which is pretty heavy. General fruity character. Exotic. Full body, moderate carbonation. Good one.

Bottle 0.75l. Cloudy, orange colored. AROMA- fruity, red tropical fruit, raspberry, touch of alcohol, floral, resiny, roots. FLAVOR- quite sweet, lightly bitter, a bit warming, red plums, tropical fruit, citrusy, cherry, jam, floral and resiny, roots. Full bodied. Very good.

Tap at Illegal Beer. Clear golden-amber body, lasting thick white head. Creamy aroma, peachy, a bit tropical, with light alcohol popping up. Creamy, smooth taste, stone fruit, not much bitterness, light alcohol, light grainy touches in the finish. Lovely, clean fruitiness, quite enjoyable, smooth and not aggressive at all. I dig what they did here.

Tap at 100 piv. Golden color with medium white head. Strong citrus hoppy aroma. Strongly hoppy bitter taste with zest, pines, grapefruit, spices. Warming alcohol. Strong hoppy bitter finish. Very nice.

Bottle @ Home. Pours dark golden with a creamy offwhite head, light lacings. Aroma of malt, light caramel, rich fruity hops, peach, some spicy hops, grapefruit, pine. Flavor is sweet and rather bitter, malt, little caramel, rich fruity hops, tropical fruit, bitter citrus, piney, light alcohol. Full body, soft to average carbonation, sweet and rather bitter finish. Maybe more an American Barley Wine, but nice anyway. 020418
