Klasickou nepasterovanou světlou desítku Luž vaříme dvourmutovou technologií, používáme slad plzeňského typu a žatecké chmely. V porovnání s dvanáctkou u této receptury probíhá kvašení o něco rychleji a ležení piva v tancích trvá zhruba jeden měsíc. Luž má výrazně osvěžující charakter s příjemným delším dozníváním hořkosti.

Tap at Sladovna, Praha. More hoppy and bitter than their Sklář, but the rest applies. Really classic pils feeling, very clean, very pleasant soft malt and hops character. Easy drinking. Great.

From tap at Bohemia Boards & Brews 06.01.20. Clear golden. Fine white head and lacing. Aroma and taste of butterscotch, marmalade, succade and sweet pilsner malt. Low bitterness.

Tap at U Prince Miroslava. Mild sweetish aroma, bit grainy, bit bready, bit buttery, meh, okay. The taste is better though, nicely smooth with a fine herbal hoppiness. Very little to no bitterness. Shame about the aroma, this is pretty okay otherwise.

(Keg at T-Anker, 20160612) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized, white and it lasted long. Aroma had herbal hops and butter. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were butter, grass, grain, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had herbalness, butter and bitterness. A brew that was too herbal and had too much butter-like scents and flavours.
