Large foamy white head on unclear golden coloured body.
Malt, iron & bitter aroma,
Medium bodied, soapy foamy & clean.
Herbal, vegetal, earthy, metallic & stone fruit tastes with tangy lightly hopped finish.
Unusual - Grower.

Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from HOTM. Pours clear gold with a modest, creamy white head. Light sweet flavour, somewhat buttery, notes of lean pale bread, slight bitter hay, dough, straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. OK balance to finish, some doughy-bready notes, subtle bitter straw. So so on the whole.

1.5l PET bottle. Cloudy dark golden, small foamy head. Hay, straw, bready notes, buttery notes, dry citrus notes, some metal, grassy hops. Dry hoppy bitterness, malty bready sweetness. Medium to light bodied, oily watery texture, lively carbonated, dry bittersweet finish. Good.

On tap at Pivo Czech Beer Hub. Slight haze gold colour lasting white head. Czech malty and yeasty aroma. Czech malty pilsner but a cleaner version. OK.

11 October 2021. At Sladovna, Prague. Cheers to the lovely Anke!
Clear golden, small, white head. Aroma of yeast, unbaked bread, grain, vague DMS. Taste has sweetish yellow fruit, some cabbage (DMS again), yeast & grain. Grainy finish, slightly bitter. Light body, slick texture, average carbonation. Shabby.

Tap at Sladovna, Praha. More hoppy and bitter than their Sklář, but the rest applies. Really classic pils feeling, very clean, very pleasant soft malt and hops character. Easy drinking. Great.
