Apo Jr. je zkratka Apocalyptus Junior. Jak již napovídá název, recept vychází z velmi úspěšné double IPA Apocalyptus. Trochu jsme poladili recept a výsledek jsme pustili do světa.
Můžete se těšit na aroma a chuť tropického ovoce, citrusů, meruněk, sametové tělo a vysokou pitelnost.

Slady: plzeňský, pšeničný, carapils, ovesné vločky, pšeničné vločky.

Tap at Craft Beer Spot. Med-high bitterness, loads of juicy exotic fruity hoppy flavours all around. Malt in the background, moderate body. Easy drinking, very tasty.

On tap at 100 pív Pours hazy gold with thin white head. Nice citruses on nose and tongue. Light carbonation, medium bitter. Fresh. Very good.

Tap. Golden color with small white head. Aroma of citrus hops, zest, pines. Taste, solid malty base followed by Nice hoppy bitterness. Medium Long hoppy bitter finish. Good.

Tap at Beertime, Prague. Murky golden body with a thick white head. Lovely aroma, true to style - citric notes, apricot, light tropical notes, basically as full of a hoppy aroma as it should be. The taste starts nicely aromatic and tropical, with light citric notes, before the slightly grainy maltiness builds up and kinda dulls its strikes. Light carbonation. Good but not great.

Draught at BEERTIME.pub. Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- tropical fruit, citrusy, floral tones. FLAVOR- neutral, bitter, fruity and floral. Medium bodied.
Tasty NEIPA.
