Za ovaj rođendan smo se odlučili nazdravit sa Saisonom. Ovaj stil prepoznatljiv je po svijetlo žutoj boji, umjerenoj gorčini, visokoj pitkosti i kompleksnoj aromatici. Za većinu aromatike zaslužan je kvasac koji na visokim temperaturama daje hrpu začinskih i voćnih nota. Pošto smo ljubitelji hmelja(a i rođendan nam je 😄) nismo ni na njemu štedili. Kroz cijelo kuhanje i suho hmeljenje koristili smo hmelj Nugget koji daje snažnu herbalnu i "zelenu" aromu. Sve ovo daje vrlo pitko i osvježavajuće pivo, ali najbolje da se u to uvjerite sami.

Bit unclear, yellowy-golden colored, medium white head. Fruity and herbal hops with a spicy yeasty character, medium bitterness, dry finish. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, bit oily.

On tap at Harat's Beer Boutique. Clear golden, creamy white head. Some citrus notes, bit spicy, bit yeasty, soft texture. Moderate carbonation. Medium bodied.

Tap at Horvati. Hazy golden, white head. Complex aroma... And not quite all there. Nicely peachy at times, touches of green apple, some phenolics underneath... Dunno. Mild taste, smooth, vaguely sweetish, body, herbal, phenolic touches, vaguely perfumey, light light tart touches, but vague, bitter hoppy finish, bit empty, somehow pleasant still.

On tap at Hop In Zagreb. Clear golden coloured, medium sized white head, floral and mild fruity nose. Sweet malty, fruity, light yeasty and floral with touch of spices. Mild herbal touch in the finish. Pleasant.

Aroma is leaves apricot peach toast. Taste is heavy hop bitterness with only a little sticky malt. Not so drinksble. Ok.

Tap. Golden, white cream. Citrus peel aroma, a hint spice and bitterness. Medium body, light sparkly, chewy fruity, stone fruit and oranges, pleasant and refreshing.

On tap at Hop In, Kanal, Zagreb. Shared with lovely Anja. Hazy golden, small off-white head. Aroma is fragrant floral, slightly fruity, light phenols. Slightly aggressive yeasty profile. Hops in the finish, earthy. Dry. Light body, moderate carbonation. Moderate finish.
