Med-light body, light carbo. Feeling old, but it is covered with med-high wasabi flavour. Funnily enough there is only light to very light wasabi heat. Other than that a pretty plain oldish lager. Average, and as I do not love wasabi, even averageish.

Draught. Golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is mustard, some wasabi and a bit grainy elements. Flavour is wasabi and quite strong on spices (mustard). Surprisinly drinkable considering the amount of mustardy and wasabi elements.

Tap at Bašta. Hazy pale golden body, white head. Welp, definitely smells like wasabi, not extremely so, but can't miss it... some strange herbal note kinda brings the experience somewhat down, but interesting honeyish malty notes pop up too, keeping things tight. Wasabi strikes immediately, but not too harshly. Admittedly, I'm not one to judge exactly how strong heat is given my tolerance, but while definitely noticable, it's kept in check by the honeyish maltiness. The wasabi flavor profile turnes more towards horseradish/mustard/?something starchy like potato?, but actually mixes well with the maltiness. Err... certainly an original idea, no doubt about it. And well made too honestly. The friend I drank it with actually had no problems with it. But if you dislike wasabi/horseradish/mustard one bit, you'll absolutely hate it. It's a strange, strange beer that I'm glad I've tried, and simply cannot hate.

Keg at the restaurant in Praha, 12/07/27. Very light haze on a golden pour with a decent off white head. Noseach carries big horseraddish notes, spice, straw. Taste comprises horseraddish , wasabi, grains, light chilli heat, grains, hint of bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Interesting ... certainly does what it says on the tin but couldn’t drink a lot of it. Calls itself wasabi but could also be called horseraddish!

On tap at the brewpub: Golden, hazy, mid-sized stable off-white head, sharp mustard aromas over a typical "bohemian" nose; spicy bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; ends as it begins: sharp wasabi/mustard in a bohemian finish. Not disgusting, but really needs such "beers"...
