Tap at the Andělský Pivovar. Clearly full amber body. Huge lemongrass aroma (Remkel!) over some dusty touches, vaguely off yeastiness underneath. Lemongrass owning the taste, this is literally lemongrass Römerquelle, only with alcohol. Clean in the taste, but completely dominated by the lemongrass, with just a vague touch of clean maltiness and good carbonation. Very little bitterness, even if it builds up a little in the finish. Just not an IPA like the menu says, not by any means. But a tasty summery s/h/v that came 5 months too early to the market and is immensely overpriced at 69 for 0.4l.
