Kamenický Stout 15 is top fermented beer brewed from five types of malt (Pale ale, Munich, Caramel, Roasted malt, chocoweizen and Roasted barley). Added hops are Saaz and Galena. Typical characteristics are dark black colour, chocolate-coffee aroma and medium bitterness.

Bottle, 6.5%. Fruity aroma, some paper and a little liquorice. Very dark brown colour, seems clear. Very big stable rocky tan head. The flavour is very roasted and a little sweet to begin with. A little creamy as well, with more roastiness in the finish. Not roasted barley bitterness, but assertive with some burnt notes.

Bottle. Pours hazy coffee brown with profuse, stable light tan head. Clear aroma of coffee and yeast, with touches of chocolate and malt. Bitter, roasty and hoppy flavour with coffeelike notes and touches of yeast and malt. Bitter, roasty and estery aftertaste with touches of malt. Not bad.

#2005; 5/2020. Chocolate aroma, slightly herbal. Dark brown body, persistent head. Chocolate, herbal, cocoa, roasty, tropical fruits. Very good stout. 0,5 l, green bottle, beershop, Pilsen (Bohemia, CZ).

On tap at 100 pív Pours black with beige head. Coffee feel, velvet smooth, roasted malts. Lasting dry finish. Good.

(tap 0,3l @ Taproom (Brno)) Overall: Quite light-bodied, not much roasty, but good. Aroma: Sweet, dark malts, licorice. Appearance: Black with ruby hues. Persistent light brown head. Taste: Medium sweet, vanilla, dark malts, later light roasty. Palate: Light-medium body. Light astringent finish.

Tap at Damian at a tasting. I am putting this rating here in hopes it is the oatmeal stout which we have had. Alcohol and plato match. Malt centered, while not overly sweet. Equal caramel, biscuits, cocoa, toffee. Rather light deep roast, which is in line with my expectations of oatmeal S. Soft and relatively easy drinking. Good one.

Tap at 20pip. Pitch black, small off white head. Rough dark malt aroma, dogfood heading towards coffee, intensive. Noot quite my style. Smooth sweetish backbone battered by roast. Actually, a touch of grana padano pops up, as does dark chocolate at times, only vague raisins. Interesting really, but noot quite my style.
