This Belgian wheat beer is brewed by the Huyghe Brewery in Flanders. According to tradition, orange peel and coriander are added to the brew to bring out the flavour.

Bottle, 500ml, from a random M&S. Poured bubbly pale gold with a frothy white head. Aroma was sweet and fruity, yeast, coriander, lightly spicy. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, watery texture, average carbonation. Fair.

F: small, snow-white, not long lasting. C: pale yellow, hazy, opaque. A: malt, coriander, orange peels, hint of bread, honey, floral, yeast, wheat. Bottle shared. Pours hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma of yeast, light citrus and coriander. Flavour is above light sweet and bitter. Light bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle from M&S of course. Poured a hazy straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is yeast, acid citrus. The flavour is light mineral citrus acid sour with a light coriander spice palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle from M&S New Oscott; cloudy straw yellow pour with a creamy white head, aroma has cloves and garden herbs, taste has some phenols, along with banana, used bubble gum, fairly standard wheat.

Part of my 2013 backlog, and bought from my local M&S. Solid beer, with a slightly hazy gold colour. aroma and taste that has the orange.

500ml bottle from M&S Edinburgh Waverley. Pours hazy gold, thick white head. Aromas of lemon, orange, light spice, bread. Taste is quite sweet, more citrus, more wheat. Finish overstays its welcome a bit, but ok.
