330ml bottle from Stori, Bala. Pours clear gold, large white head. Aroma is light malt. Taste is biscuity malt, straw.. not getting any of the zest others speak of. Very biscuity and can’t say it’s for me.

Bottle thanks to swap with minutemat. Appearance - golden amber with a thin head. Nose - dried orange, a bit marmalade. Taste - more of the same. Marmalade shred. Palate - light to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a fairly balanced finish. Overall - I’d say this was an English Pale Ale in style. Not amazing but I’d have another.

Cask at CP&K. It pours clear amber with a small white head. The nose is earthy, straw, wet hops, grass, must, biscuit and light spice. The taste is rather bitter upfront, pithy lemon, zesty action, grass, green hops, earth and straw with a lingering bitter-dry finish. Light - medium body and soft carbonation. Ok for what it is.
