Can from the brewery online shop. Appearance - amber and clear, foamy white head. Nose - bread and light toffee. Taste - brown bread, toffee and light roast. Palate - light to medium bodied, roasty finish. Overall - decent scoop.

Cask @ C4, Odense. Pours ruby amber with a creamy head. Nuts, caramel and a whisper og citrus. Clean and dry.

Cask at Christian Firtal. Light amber with a small white head. Fruity aroma with bready malt and some sweet almond or vanilla notes. Sweet malty flavour with fruit and vanilla

Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and a bit if butterscotch. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and a bit of fruits, leading to a bitter finish.

Cask. Frothy fair White mostly deminishing head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Oily palate. nice balanced alt.

Cask at the Reading beer festival. Pale amber. Caramel dominates, but it’s an ok if forgettable session beer. Not a lot to it really.

Seen this on the list of Westerham seasonals for some time abd wanted it. fortunately my wetherspoons do westerham beers regularly now. a bit like an alt from dusseldorf. a bit like a brown bitter. enough character to make it interesting. little hop on finish
