Hey there, tiger: lose control (and like it) with a little I'm So Excited, I'm So Scared. This ferociously coffee-d imperial stout is just like grabbing a booth at The Max, then hunkering down for a study sesh' with a big pot o' joe. Coffee aroma so good it’ll have you yelling “FRESH POTS!” Rock and roll? You ain't seen nothing yet.

Bottle at home. Passed by this brew many a time but finally said today’s the day. Fine dark pour one finger beige head. Nose is chocolate and vanilla. Though vanilla wasn’t overpowering in flavor department. Get lactose and chocolate and light coffee. Medium bodied. Semi slick and sweet. Hint of booze to warm ya.

22 OZ bottle. Pours black with a minimal head. Complex coffee, chocolate roast aroma. Flavor follows the aroma with a bitter, yet smooth finish that balances out the sweeter beginning nicely.

Bomber split at Philippe tasting. Black, nice mocha head. Nose is pure sweet vanilla, desert, custard, vanilla pudding, way too excessive, seemingly impossible amount of vanilla for a beer. Basic taste sweet milk chocolate that desert, custard, vanilla, sugar, candy, thinner than expected, fun but has an artificial feel to it due to the really extreme amount of vanilla.

Bottle shared by Jack, thanks! Pours near black with a grayish brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has coffee and vanilla with sweet dark grains and roasted malts supporting. Flavor has strong roasted malts and dark grains with bitter chocolate and a hint of vanilla.

Bottle at Craig's - massive thanks to the host! It pours hazy dark brown to black with a small tan head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, tangy dark fruits, blueberry pie, bramble, vanilla, blueberry muffin and some coffee. The taste is initially a bit dry, bitter- sweet, oily, roasted malt, plenty of vanilla, blueberry muffin, fruit cordial, fudge and some warming alcohol through the finish. Medium - full body and fine , foamy carbonation. I wouldn't say it has a lot of depth and is a touch sweet, but its hard not to like.
