Bottle from Clapton Craft. It pours clear deep gold with no head. The aroma is rich, juicy, tangy, earthy, apple pie, spicy, vanilla, funk and white grape. The taste is very dry, woody, apple skin, bit of apple pie, tannin, musty farmyard, gooseberry, light alcohol and some acidity with a very dry finish. Medium body and flat. Perhaps a bit too dry, but I like what’s going on overall.

330ml bottle. Gold amber colour, no head and aroma of apple, juicy, apple skins, wood & funk. Taste is tart & sweetish apple, rubber, funk, some tannin, and with lots of woody oaky vanilla. Slightly oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry clean sourish finish. Very drinkable.
