Bottle on the train to the Cotteridge Convention. Thanks to Cloin. Pours clear yellow with a creamy white head. The nose has some dry dough, hay rindy citrus. Light sweet flavor with sturdy bitter hay, light grass, dried out pale malts. Light in body with fine carbonation. Grassy bitter finish with further rind, dry pale bread. OK.

24th Jan 2015: shared bottle at the Cotteridge Wine meet. Decent blend and just about the least amount of alcohol to touch my lips all afternoon at the mega tasting session we all had. Golden yellow pour with a wispy white topping. The beer gave off a slight citrus aroma, the taste a mixture of light malty caramel sweetness and a hop citrusy bitterness: decent and a God send in amongst all the dark heavy hitters that came around it.
