A copper coloured, premium bitter with a mid-brown colour, malty aroma and a slightly sweet, toffee flavour which leads to a soft, bitter finish.

Cask @ Paramount, Manchester. A very dark ruby red with a small creamy off-white head. Smoked in its aroma, and even more so in taste, where the ham flavour gets very stated too. Has a very palatable texture for its strength with flavours lingering long.

Flavour is semi sweet malts, caramelised maple glazed sausage, grain store, nutty malts, grain husks. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, moderate carbonation, grainy. Tasty smoked beer.
