Cask at Berr Emporium, Bristol. It pours clear amber with a small white head. The nose is fresh bread, cereal, biscuit, porridge & maple syrup and spice. The taste is crisp, bitter, pretty spicy, straw, hay, ginger root, earth, grapefruit peel, floral, light alcohol and light soap with a dry, spiced finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Perhaps a touch too spicy, but a decent enough saison.

Cask-conditioned at the Pen & Wig, Cardiff 17/9/2015. Slightly hazy amber, with a decent, off-white, head. Aroma of tropical fruits, lemon peel and floral hops. Flavour had some Belgian yeastiness, crisp, slightly earthy, malts and a dryish finish. Enjoyable.
