This Imperial version of our Pina Colada Ale is aged in Nicaraguan rum barrels for months and then blended with pineapple and coconut, just like the tropical drink. Beachbum Barry would be proud!

Tap at Route CBC. It pours cloudy gold with a decent white head. The nose is bitter-sweet, very fruity...pineapple, mango, coconut, vanilla and tapioca. Yup straight up boozy Piña Colada! The taste is bitter-sweet Piña Colada, juicy pineapple, coconut, mango, warming rum, wood, creaminess, vanilla and fruity tang. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Well-rounded, juicy and tasty. Good one.
