From tap. Pours pitch black with a small brown head. Aroma is chocolate and vanilla. Sweet, dense malty and chocolate. Thick chocolate and cookie doughy. Bitter and dark malty chocolate finish.

[5/3/14] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. 4th session. Black with a beautiful brown head. Wonderful aroma full of lots of chocolate, vanilla, cookies and bourbon. Sweet flavor with lots of chocolate, vanilla, cookies and a mild boozy touch in the finish. Thick silky creamy mouthfeel.

Tap @ CBC, 14. Black with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, vanilla and liquorice. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, medium sweet, liquorice, bourbon, vanilla, hop and a little bitter.

Sample at CBC 2014. Black with a small tan head. Sweet with roasted malt, bourbon, cookies, vanilla, chocolate and some coffee. The mouthfeel was thick and creamy. The aftertaste was long and warming. Tasty.

Sampled @ CBC 2014. Opaque pitch black color, small beige. Aroma as well as taste are moderately malty, loads and loads of vanilla, maple syrup, sweetness. Too much much sweetness and vanilla for me. Incredible viscosity, thick oily texture.

Smakprov på CBC 2014. Stor kraftig IS med mycket bourbonkaraktär. Tjock, krämig och rund, relativt söt, men också rejäl beska. Kaffe, sötlakrits, hårdrostad malt, molass, vanilj och mycket bourbon. Riktigt bra.

Draft at CBC 2014. Pours dark brown with a bubbly brown head. Aroma of Fudge, chocolate, light roast, light coffee, toffee, vanilla and licorice. Flavor is light heavy sweet and over moderate bitter. Full bodied with soft carbonation.
