Cask at the Star and Garter, Bromley. Amber/gold pour. Baked/stewed apple in the nose, whisper of molasses. Same doo-dah in the flavour. Good.

As Hallets Rum Cask, glass, ½ pint, cask - hand pump, at No sign bar, trip to Swansea, Amsterdam and Paris with Louise, savoured on August 22 2016 ; eye: golden, clear, no effervescence, no head, no lacing; nose: apple juice, slight vanilla, very slight rum; mouth: apple juice, slight vanilla, very slight rum, finale in apple juice with slight presence of rum, light body, no carbonation, rather sweet, slick texture; overall: correct FRANÇAIS Sous le nom de Hallets Rum Cask, Verre, ½ pinte, cask - hand pump, bue chez No sign bar, voyage à Swansea, Amsterdam et Paris avec Louise, savourée le 22 août 2016; œil : dorée, limpide, pas d’effervescence, pas de mousse, pas de dentelle; nez : jus de pomme, très léger vanille, très très léger rhum; bouche : jus de pomme, très léger vanille, très très léger rhum, finale en jus de pomme avec très légère présence de rhum, corps léger, pas de carbonatation, plutôt sucré, texture coulante; en résumé : correct

Draught @ Jolly Butchers, Stoke Newington. Pours clear gold. Aroma is oak and apple liqueur.. taste brings a soft rum influence alongside a typical Blaengawney juiciness, with a subtle woody tang. Very moreish.
