Bag in a box at The Fez Margate. Haze gold colour no head. Some good sour pear flavour. Some dryness. Some tannin . Decent perry flavour. Good racy acidity. Quite impressive. A good perry. Attacks the gums with tannin .

Cask gravity at GBBF 2015. It pours luminous yellow - green with minimal head. The nose is bitter, apple skin, pear skin, must, sour candy, pear, funk, brett and wood. The taste is tangy, tart, sour sweets, pear, apple skin, vegetables, wood, tangastics, sweet sugary stuff, fruit pie and leather with a lingering dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Aroma is good, taste is a bit messy. Solid overall.
