CBC Session 2. Hazy amber beer, small bubbly white head. Palate is crisp and dry. Minerals. Smooth light malt. Sweetish rum and raisan. Whisper of something like peat. Softish fruits. Finishes dry and crisp with a carbonated nip. Unusual and drinkable.

Tap @ CBC, 14. Hazy amber with small white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, fruit, toasted, plume and alcohol. Flavour is malt, caramel, ethanol, phenols, sweet, oak and a little plastic.

Draft @ CBC 2014. Pours a hazy pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel aroma with weak bretty hints. Fruity malty woody bretty spicy caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty bretty spicy finish with hints of caramel.

[5/2/14] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. 2nd session. Hazy deep golden. Aroma is a bit funky, with wood, lots of rum and fruitiness. Sweetish flavor with a slight sourish note, fruity and woody rather alcoholic with rum. Medium-bodied. Too much rum for me.

Session 2, Copenhagen Beer Festival, draught. Cloudy amber coloured body. Good lacing down the festival glass. Mid-sweet and tart aromas of grass and caramel. Rum-like taste with sour fruits. Tart, sweet and dry ending. Different and drinkable (02.05.2014).

Sampled @ CBC 2014. Clear orange color, small white to off-white head. Quite sweetish, slightly rum in the aroma. Taste malts, caramel, sweet, rum. Overall a bit flat with average carbonation and body.

Draught @ CBC 2014. Pours slightly hazy golden with a offwhite head leaving some nice lacings. Aroma of brett, wood, strange light infected rubber and plastic notes, weak fruits. Flavor is wood, brett, rum, wood, sweet fruity, booze. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, warming alcoholic finish. 020514

Draft at CBC 2014. Pours hazy amber with a ring tan head. Aroma is light medicinal, booze, rum, wood and light funky. Flavor is light moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
