Bottle at home. Aroma is citrus, orange peel, very oaky, white wine, grapes, malt, peach, grapefruit. Flavour is light sweet with moderate vinous sourness and a dry moderate to medium bitter finish. Body is medium. Good balance and body, lovely flavour. An excellent White Wine BA.

330ml bottle. Gushed a hazy dark amber colour with a big fizzy white head and some broken lace. Lots of secondary fermentation going on here. The aroma is vinous, oaky, light vanilla. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a crisp, malt, piney, vinous, herbal, light acidic palate with dry spicy oak tannins. Medium bodied with lively initial carbonation. Past the best before date but still a quality beer.

Bottle. Deep amber golden color. Floral white wine aroma. Floral citric hops, but also dominating oak and white Bordeaux wine. Hints of butter and vanilla. Peach. Oak and wine linger on in the aftertaste. Some tartness. Nice and complex.

330 ml bottle. Pours a dark amber with full head. Aromas of limes, vinous oak, dried fruit and copper. Flavors of old buttery oak, dried fruit, green grape skin and light doughy malts. Interesting and distinctive.

Bottle 0.33l at home, Riihimäki. BBE 9/2018. Colour is cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Dryness, some berries, white wine, some alcohol, some sourness and some malts.

Bottle shared during the RBScSG2015. Pours hazy burnt yellow with a small frothy offwhite head that leaves some thick lacing on the glass while dissiapting. Smell is funky and tiny fruity with crackers, grapefruit juice, white grapes, moist grass, pine needles, dry wood and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sweet, bitter, fruity and slightly funky. Mouthfeel is soft, slightly dry, slightly astringent and medium bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, grapefruit juice, mango, white grapes, moist grass, pine needles, dry wood, minerla sand lemon zest. BA IPA is seldom a good idea but this is quite good and the barrel provides some really cool complexity.

Pint Oak Aged Beer Festival 2015 @ Stadsbrouwerij De Pelgrim, Rotterdam. Nice spiciness and fresh lemon hoppiness. Good white wine flavors that blend well with the beer. Backlog from 2015/03/15.

Bottle @ Grand Tasting RBSCSG 2015. Pours a hazy golden pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy woody wine aroma. Fruity malty dry woody spicy wine flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy woody wine finish.
