Bottle at the Hangover. Lots of hops, decent maltiness, less chewy than usual dipa. Little hit of sweetness. Full bodied. Nice.

Tap at Takanoya. Rich and sweet malt, bready, touch of caramel, lots of stone fruits and pine in the nose. A bit too heavy and sweet but not bad overall.

Bottle from Main Markst -Spokane. Mediu.m amber, small lasting beige frothy head. Caramel malts on the nose. Taste brings a strong bitter hops presence, obliterating any of the sweet caramel maltiness picked up in the aroma. Sharp, shockingly bitter. This beer changes course drastically from aroma to taste.

12oz bottle. Pours clear golden amber with a white head. Aroma: bready malts, citrus peel, peach, dank hops. Taste: biscuit malts, light sweet, moderate bitter, caramel malts, hint of sour fruits, marmalade, spicy pine resin. Medium body, soft carb, lingering spicy hop finish

Pours orange from the bottle and leaves a foamy, off white crown. Aroma is mango, peach, citrus. Hints of spice. Taste has a firm but not overwhelming bitterness. There’s a strong caramel malt backbone to keep things in balance. Body was medium. Drunk amid much distraction so notes are brief, but quite good overall.

Cloudy orange amber with a generous off white head that hangs around and leaves some patchy lace. Nose is bready malts with pine and a good dose of citrus with orange peel at the fore. Flavour follows with light caramel sweetness and a big bitter middle and finish. Mouth is medium+ with average carbonation and a long bitter finish. Decent DIPA. 7/4/7+/4/15

Hazy, dark amber. Slightly sour, hoppy bread aroma. Flavour is tangy, sour fruit. Some bread. Mellow, licorice aftertaste.

Powerfully malty DIPA. Earthy with some rough citrus in the back. Some resin accompanied by caramel sweetness. Strong bitter finish. Harsh but good.

Pours darker, slight amber in the colour I guess. Aroma displays some earth and herbal hops. This is not your sweet tropical IPA but more like earthy and harsh. Balance is still well developed, so when drinking it, you get a bit of biscuits, malt dust and yes, still some hop fruitiness. Drinks surprisingly easy, definitely feels lower abc than it actually has. Great double IPA, totally satisfying.
