Bottle from the LCBO. Cloudy orange amber with a huge lingering off white head that leave patchy lace. Dominant yeasty nose with some spice over light citrus, honey, candied fruit, as well as hints of pine resin, banana and cloves. Light sweet caramel and honey base with a medium light bitterness and a pervasive clove spice which is more evident in the flavour than the nose. Medium+ oily mouth with soft carbonation. A little too much clove for my tastes and a little boozy but interesting.

750mL bottle, sent from wilco (thanks a lot, Mike), pours a cloudy opaque brownish orange with a large white head. Aroma brings out loads of Belgian yeast, resinous hops, candied sugar and caramel. Flavour is about the same, bringing out a good mix of Belgian yeast, resinous hops and candied sugar. Starts out pretty well, but quickly gets bogged down with muddy yeast and maybe slightly too much residual sugar. Still, very nice stuff.

Bottle: Poured a hazy deep blonde color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of sugar with some fruity hops is interesting. Taste is a mix of booze with loads of residual sugar notes and medium fruity hops with light bitterness. Body is full with good carbonation with some alcohol being apparent. A bit too sweet for its own good and too much booze. Base beer is interesting and would have been better with more attenuation.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange with a yellowish tan head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma is Belgian yeast forward with a bit of sweet fruit, a touch of citrus and sweet grains underlying. Flavor has a bit more of a citrus note with a good amount of Belgian yeast and a growing sweet grain note.

A hazed amber DIPA with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light treacle, butterscotch, candy sugar, light floral hops, pleasant. In mouth, a sweet caramel malt with loads of treacle, butterscotch candy, floral resinous hops, loads of alcohol warmth, oily mouth feel, interesting. On tap at Arrow and Loon.
